This SRAD diverter is driven by three MTR46 servo motors controlling the X, Y, and Z axes, enabling accurate lifting, positioning, and right-angle transfer trajectories for stable product handling.

What is a Servo Right Angle Diverter?

A Servo Right Angle Diverter transfers cartons, totes, or packaged goods from one conveyor lane to another at 90 degrees. Compared to pneumatic pushers or passive transfer units, a servo-based diverter provides better path control, repeatability, and stability across different product sizes and weights—especially in high-cycle sorting environments.
